Annet Mahendru
Mahendru, a Russian-Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. Mahendru is fluent in German Russian English, French Persian and Hindi. The parents of Annet Mahendru are Russian and Indian. The choreographed show she performed at age 11 which aired on German television, transformed her into an Russian dancer and snow maiden. When she graduated from New York's high school, she earned her bachelor's in English degree from St. John's University. She took classes in acting with the HB Studios. She later went on to study improv comedy at the Groundlings School. Her family was brought up in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and a Russian-speaking mother Olga. The family moved together with their father to New York's East Meadow York at the age of thirteen and a half years old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. TV actress known for playing the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. She is known for the roles she has played in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
